We convened a meeting here at the AFSC yesterday to talk about how best to respond to Monday’s terrorist attack. I was asked to write up our thoughts and initial prescriptions and thought I’d send them on to you. As indicated in the article, with the dead and severely wounded here, it’s too early to be pressing the point that this is what the U.S. does on a day to day basis, though I’ve pointed in that direction.
