At the urging of the Peace & Planet coordinating and advisory committees, we organized two panels at the Left Forum in New York late last month, and we collaborated with the militarism and military spending workshop organized by United for Justice and Peace.
The NATO workshop was video taped by Joe Friendly and provides essential background information on the history, aggressions and dangers of NATO.  With the NATO summit and counter-summit activities coming up next month, I thought that some of you would appreciate seeing, and possibly using, Joe’s video which features Jackie Cabasso (chair,) myself and Bahman Azad of the U.S. Peace Council.
