Decision: The elections are postponed to the next annual meeting in 2015, because of the huge work for the Peace Event Sarajevo 2014 (see: http://www.peaceeventsarajevo2014.eu/), where the ICC was deeply involved there was no time to prepare the email elections for the ICC. The annual meeting ask the ICC to find a solution for the step back of Claire as co-chair.
