Abgeordnete des Deutschen Bundestages fordern weltweite Abrüstung Abgeordnete aus drei Fraktionen des Deutschen Bundestages fordern in einem eindringlichen Appell: „Stoppt eine neue Rüstungsspirale – Abrüstung für nachhaltige Entwicklung“ Während das Stockholm International Peace Research Institute (SIPRI) verkündet, dass 2014 ca. 1,8 Billionen Dollar für das weltweite Rüsten ausgegeben wurden, verweisen die unterzeichnenden Angeordneten darauf, dass „ohne Abrüstung, ohne Umverteilung weg von Militär und Rüstung hin zu Sozialleistungen, Umwelt und menschliche Entwicklung die Herausforderungen für die Menschheit nicht zu bewältigen sind“.
