Vor wenigen Tagen erlebte er eine Überraschung: Die NATO hat ihre Mission im Irak von 500 auf 4.000 Soldaten aufgestockt, obwohl das irakische Parlament den Abzug aller ausländischen Truppen aus dem Irak gefordert hat.
